Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free to every address in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: within 3 business days of your order.
• Delivery: 7 to 12 business days from the day you order.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Our chargers ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas rather than a UK depot. That is why delivery is slower than next-day, and why we say so before you pay rather than after.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel is dispatched, and you can see it under Your account › Orders. The first scan can take 3 to 5 days to appear; that is normal for this route.

Customs and charges

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. There are no customs fees or extra charges to pay on delivery for UK orders.

Returns

Email us before sending anything back and we will confirm the returns address. Returns are handled from our base in Manchester, not from the overseas warehouse, so they do not take 7–12 days to reach us.

If something goes wrong

• If your parcel hasn't arrived 5 business days after the end of the delivery window, email hello@onespotuk.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
• If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.
• Check your delivery address before you confirm the order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will re-send it once at no charge.
